Viralyze ("we", https://www.viralyzeio.com) helps creators analyze Instagram content with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, hashed password, plan status
- Instagram (if connected): username, access tokens (encrypted), post captions, media URLs, likes, comments, timestamps
- Content you upload for AI analysis (images/videos/frames)
- Usage: feature usage, AI request logs (for abuse prevention and cost tracking)
- Payment: handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
How we use data
To provide analytics, AI insights, billing, security, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal data.
AI & third parties
Prompts and media may be sent to AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini) to generate analysis. We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and Meta/Instagram APIs. Each processes data under their own policies.
Retention & deletion
You can disconnect Instagram, update your profile, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes your user data from our database. Meta data-deletion requests are handled via our data deletion endpoint configured in the Meta Developer Console.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. If you are in the EU/EEA or Turkey, you may have additional rights under GDPR/KVKK.
