By using Viralyze you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Viralyze provides AI-powered Instagram analytics for creators. When you connect Instagram, we sync your posts and engagement metrics via Meta's APIs. If you do not connect Instagram, some features use only the data you provide. AI outputs are suggestions — not guarantees of performance, reach, or revenue.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. Instagram Business or Creator accounts are required for live sync; personal accounts may have limited functionality.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse our APIs, upload illegal content, impersonate others, scrape third-party accounts without permission, or attempt unauthorized access. Competitor analysis features may use AI estimates when live competitor data is unavailable — treat them as directional ideas, not verified facts.
Payments & Pro
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of charge if something went wrong.
Third-party services
Viralyze integrates with Meta/Instagram, Stripe, and AI providers (e.g. Groq, Google Gemini). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
Viralyze is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or decisions made based on AI-generated advice.
